Q: Can I import the configuration?

Ans: As of now, Import functionality is unavailable and currently a work in progress, it will soon be made available.

 

Q: Can I update the ‘Status’ field up on issue creation?

Ans: Issue ‘Status’ can be updated only during issue update via adding a Comment. It is not feasible to update the Status field up on issue Creation via the Description field.
